2008 Chevrolet Malibu Review Summary
The 2008 Chevrolet Malibu is completely redesigned and combines for a roomier, more powerful and of notably higher quality offering and is ranked number 3 by Allcarguides.com in the Affordable Midsize Car category . Comments from most reviewers note that it is vastly improved from prior version with improvements to performance, ride, handling, roomier cabin and leg room, comfortable seats, lengthened wheel base, very good fit and finish in terms of materials. That being said it competes against all-stars such as the Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, Ford Fusion and Toyota Camry so there are still better choices though when similarly equipped the competitors may cost up to $2,000 more than the Chevy Malibu as noted by some reviewers.

2008 Chevrolet Malibu Noteworthy
The standard safety features in the 2008 Chevy Malibu are considered by some to be at the top of its class. The turn-by-turn directional system, which comes standard, is not considered by most reviewers as a good substitute for navigation system. Engine noise and vibration are dampened well in the Malibu giving it a quit ride. Carand driver was particularly enamored with both interior and exterior design and other reviewers tended to note that the designers sweated out the small things and details in the Chevy Malibu.
