The 2008 Pontiac Torrent comes with a choice of front-wheel drive ($23,520) or all-wheel drive ($25,145).  Torrent is powered by GM's 3.4-liter V6 engine and five-speed automatic transmission.  The Pontiac Torrent GXP is also available with a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.  Torrent GXP models come with a 264-horsepower V6 and a six-speed automatic transmission.
